Freeman Park features a 18 hole fdisc golf course. The best thing about this place, besides it is beautiful is . . . .it is free!
It is right next to the Snake River and the University Place. There are lots of walking paths, and lots of rolling hills and streams.
You can probably do about nine holes in a 20 minute period, which is a good stress reliever.
They also feature a basket at the start of the course so you can practice putting.
Most holes are a par 3, but a few have par 4.
It is a lot harder than it looks, since it is really hard to control your disc.
Actually, you can buy discs which cost anywhere from $7 to $20 plus dollars.
So check it out.
